The new kid on the block...This is the most expensive and exclusive of the bunch. Possibly the most complex flavour in Ethiopian coffee. An explosion in your mouth, with deep sweet toffee followed by cocoa and raw honey. A harmonious drink with both savoury and sweet notes well balanced throughout each sip.

Processing: Washed - This process gives the coffee a clean well rounded profile.

Perfect for: Black, filter, pour over and cold brews in the sun.
Contrasting our Sidamo, this coffee is bright and sweet.
A filter drinker’s delight, this naturally processed Yirgacheffe coffee offers a vibrant bouquet of sweet ripe blueberries, grilled peach, and orange blossom, with a smooth chocolate finish.
Elevation: 1,800-2,200m
Processing: Natural - While drying the coffee remains in its mucilage, which brings out sweetness with a lovely fruit character.
