Jasper Coffee is an independent Australian Specialty Coffee Roaster established in 1989, led by Directors Merilyn Parker and Wells Trenfield.
About Jasper Coffee
With deep roots in the art world, coffee has become our palette. We are dedicated to re-humanizing the coffee supply chain, and have formed strong friendships across the Coffee world in our exploration and adventure to the unknown.
We hold in stock Australia’s largest selection of Single Origin beans, Blends, Fairtrade, Organic & Specialty Coffees. We accept into our repertoire only those beans with distinctions of flavour, body, and aroma that satisfy our palate.

Manifesting in our Certifications for Organic, Fairtrade and Carbon Neutral, along with our search for Shade Grown coffees, the cleaning products we use, the cars we drive, the compostable packaging, and the economic and social benefits we direct to producers.

We continually strive to better partner with our coffee growers, through initiatives such as Fairtrade, the Cafe Femenino Project, and helping farmers with the Yirgacheffe Kochore Project in Ethiopia, in partnership with World Vision Australia.

Certified Organic
Over 20 years of Organic Certification.
If the product is roasted or packed here in Australia, look for an Australian Certification ID, as your guarantee. Our coffees, sugar, drinking chocolate, espresso cleaning powder, are certified by Australian Certified Organic (bud logo) and this system is administered by the Biological Farmers Association www.bfa.org.au.

Having measured our carbon emissions we have now offset our operations with amazing renewable energy projects in India.
24 Shadegrown coffees
We have 24 Shadegrown coffees and 12 of these are Fairtrade Organic Certified coffees.
Jasper Coffee consciously chooses to increase the number of shadegrown coffees that we offer. Look for our ‘tree symbol’ for Shade Grown coffees or see our full product list for the whole range.
Fairtrade
Fairtrade is an alternate commercial trading system, independently audited, which embraces community action within a democratic Cooperative structure to ensure a higher than market price for the coffee to each farmer, and elevates the living standards for whole communities through the receipt of payment of a Fairtrade Premium direct to the Cooperative.

We operate four of our own Caffeine Dealer retail concept stores in Fitzroy, Prahran Market, Chadstone Shopping Centre & Highpoint Shopping Centre. From here you can select and taste Australia’s largest range of coffees.
