This is a Grade 1 natural coffee.

Unlike washed coffees, where the cherry is stripped away before drying, natural process coffee is dried whole, with the fruit intact. This allows the beans to absorb more of the fruit’s natural sugars and flavours, resulting in a cup that’s sweeter, fuller-bodied, and bursting with ripe fruit notes.
